Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
